More on COVID-19 and Healthy Tips
Dear Patients,
Hope everyone is staying healthy and happy. We are reaching out to all our patients at Health Atlast West LA and Health Atlast Santa Monica.
We want to inform you that due to COVID-19, we are for now consolidating our resources and seeing all patients and treating everyone in the West LA location at 3030 Sawtelle Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90066. We are in the southeast corner of National & Sawtelle right across the street from Starbucks, and next to a 76-gas station. We have free parking in the back.
We are requesting any patients that have COVID-19 symptoms to not come to the office, but our Medical Providers are available for you via Telemedicine. Please call the front office and they can schedule an appointment with our Providers for Telemedicine.
All patients not exhibiting or having symptoms and are negative for COVID-19, are welcome to come to the office to receive Medical, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage, and Physical Therapy.
We now have in stock Vitamin C injectables. This is important for patients that may have gastral intestinal issues but do need to have the dosage of Vitamin C to aid, assist, and to keep their immune system healthy.
We are also offering CALM Magnesium and Sentra PM during this time since people are having difficult times with sleeping.
We have Massage Therapist available who are utilizing gloves and masks.
If you are coming and are immune compromised, please notify the office before your arrival and we will insure you are isolated in a private area and private room.
If you are having to reuse a mask at home due to the shortage of mask there is a new Stanford study that shows, if you bake a mask at 158 degrees for 30 minutes then it can aid and assist in killing the virus.
We recommend before you go shopping to clean your actual counter space once you return from the store to disinfect everything and anything you purchased on all surfaces before you enter it into your cabinets, refrigerator, and particularly your freezer since the virus can be preserved in the freezer.
Please make sure that when you go outside to wear goggles, eyeglasses, or sunglasses to protect your eyes.
If you have any questions, we are always here to help. I know this is a stressful time for patients, but we are here to help by either phone or in person. Please let us know if there is anything else you need.
Be Well,
Dr. Stephanie Higashi, DC
